Effective August 2016 and due to the change of laws specific to adoption and guardianship in Uganda, A Love Beyond Borders closed our program. Please read on our announcements page the notice from the US State Department of August 1, 2016. 

We encourage families to consider the stability and improved safety of a Hague Convention country such as Haiti, Bulgaria, or Colombia.
