Please do not confuse this program with the Democratic Republic of Congo (Kinsasha) program which is currently on hold. The number of children available in this program may not be reflected by the number of photos in this listing. Please contact us to get the most current status of available children in this program.

Confidentiality Agreement

By creating this account, you agree to the following terms:
a.    I understand that maintaining the confidentiality of the children listed on the A Love Beyond Borders (LBB) website is of the upmost importance in order to maintain their safety, security and well-being.  I understand that by allowing me access to the restricted photo lists of children on the website, that LBB requires that I that keep all information regarding the children confidential.
b.    I agree that I will keep my LBB Account password confidential and will not allow any other individuals to use my LBB Account. 
c.    I acknowledge and agree that I will not retransmit, in any form (including but not limited to verbal, written or digital), or repost any content, including photos and text, from the LBB website.  I acknowledge that doing so could result in material harm to the children listed on this website.
d.    I acknowledge and agree that I may not produce written or verbal comments regarding any of the children on the LBB website and I acknowledge that any comments made by me regarding a waiting child on this site, that could be considered negative or derogatory by LBB, its partners or agents, may result in legal action against me.
e.    I agree that I will not misrepresent my identity or any personal information when creating my LBB account.
f.     I understand that there is no identifying information (e.g. birth names, dates of birth, country of origin) available on this site.  Identifying information will be provided at time of referral.
g.    In the event that I breach any terms of this Confidentiality Agreement, I understand that my LBB Account will be closed and that LBB may, at its discretion, terminate any and all services contracted with me, including an adoption, and that any fees paid by me will not be refundable. I understand that LBB may pursue legal action against me including compensation for damages.
